Came into existence on 27 Nov, 1992 (CIN No.U74140RJ1992PTC075404) and registered as Non- Banking Finance Company ('NBFC') with Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) dated April 26th,2001 as investment Company, later under current RBI classification as “Non-Banking Finance Company-Non Deposit Accepting” on 15th March 2021 Company started lending business and achieved a Tremendous growth in its 1st year of business. With a team of experienced and qualified Members we are working on the business plan to establish our self as a fast growing company, having its financial services presently all around the area of Rajasthan, we are constantly working with a vision to cover all States of India in a planned manner.

He is also Promoter of the company with Major Investment, Responsible for the day to day management of the company and drives the formulation and implementation of business strategy. His qualification is Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from a prestigious Institution. Since his early days in his career, he wanted to create an impact organization in the micro enterprise segment.

Mr. Ashish Agrawal

His Qualification is B.E. He has 15 years of rich experience in the field of Technology and Finance. He also has a vast experience of used vehicle sale- purchase. This experience, which has been, gathered over so many years gave him the expertise to value a used. He has deep penetration in these areas using his extensive contacts & his knowledge of local dialects of Rajasthan.

Mrs. Nisha Agrawal
(Director)

She has extensive experience in rural economy based projects such as financial empowerment of women, improved earning methods for rural women etc. Her qualification is Master in Arts & LLB. She takes Care of legal and compliance within the Company.

Mr. Satya Narian Gupta
(Director)

He has Served as Accounts Officer (Govt.of Rajasthan) he has a vast experience in Accounts & Finance , with his experience of over 35 years as Retired Rajasthan Government Employee he Contributes in the decision making to improve the Financial Performance of the Company. His Qualification is Bachelors in Commerce and Masters in Commerce.
